FROM THE GARDEN TO THE SHORE: EDINBURGH RESTAURANT, GARDENER’S COTTAGE, ANNOUNCES EXPANSION WITH OPENING OF NEW LEITH SITE

Edinburgh restaurant, Gardener’s Cottage, is expanding with the launch of a new premises – Quay Commons – in Leith.

Renowned for a focus on seasonality and experimentation, Gardener’s Cottage is considered one of the capital’s most coveted dining destinations.

Since launching in 2012, the restaurant has secured glowing reviews from revered food critics, Jay Rayner and AA Gill, and awards such as ‘Waitrose Good Food Guide Reader’s Restaurant of the Year’.

Occupying a former bonded warehouse at 92 Commercial Street, Quay Commons is an open plan bakery, with a bar and eating space where patrons can enjoy a daily market menu alongside bread, house-cured charcuterie and carefully selected wines.
